TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   Validity : Year-round
   All rates are net/villa/night quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax and service charge with the following benefits :
        * Welcome drinks & refreshing towels upon arrival
        * Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room
   Airport transfer is at additional charge of USD 20 net/car/way
   Rates do not include gratuities, telephone calls, meals and cars/drivers
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period : July 1 - September 15
   Peak season period : December 20 - January 10
   
3. Reservation Procedure
   All enquiries are handled on first come/first payment received basis
   All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax
   
4. Minimum Stay
   Low season : 2 nights
   High/peak season : 5 nights
   
5. Villa Capacity
   Details of the number of guests including children (and their ages) are required prior to acceptance of any reservation. Should the party exceed the maximum villa capacity (2 adults + 1 child per room), the management may not be able to accept the reservation. Therefore, please ensure that you select the appropriate villa type to accommodate your family or group. Children under 12 years old sharing with parents using the existing bed are free of charge. Children over 12 years old are considered adults.
   
6. Check in/out time
   Check-in time : after 13:00
   Check-out time : before 12:00
   In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, NBVM may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 16:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 16:00.
   
7. Terms of Payment
   All enquiries can only be held for 7 working days without guarantee deposit
   A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by NBVM within seven (7) working days after confirmation of reservation has been given. Full payment is required within seven (7) days or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
   Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
   For last minute bookings (within 1 week or less prior to arrival), full payment upon arrival in cash is acceptable
   Any bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the guests
   Final payments are non-refundable
   
8. Cancellation Policy
   Notice of cancellation must be received by NBVM in writing.
   Cancellation policy for booking during low/high season period :
   Without any charge 31 days before the check-in date
   Between 30 days and 16 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   Between 15 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   Cancellation policy for booking during peak season period (Christmas/New Year) :
   Without any charge 61 days before the check-in date
   Between 60 days and 31 days will be charged 50% from the total room reservation value
   Between 30 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
   
9. Use of the Villa
   Normal bookings are for vacation purposes and special permission must be obtained for functions where the number of people in attendance exceeds 150% of the capacity of the villa. Also, clients should be aware that these are private villas located in residential neighborhoods and, as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. Much depends on the vagaries of the neighborhood's residents.
