Villa Montana Bali offers you 5 Star Hotel style service.

Service levels will be determined by your preferences - perhaps you want highly attentive poolside service or prefer privacy and to serve your own drinks. Perhaps you desire unpacking service upon arrival or prefer to do it yourself. Whatever your needs and desires, our highly trained staff will be very respectful, accommodating and attentive.

While you can be assured of receiving excellent service within Villa Montana we have also arranged for the very best of additional off-villa services.

On-Call Physician
Villa Montana works with the Ubud Clinic located 25 minutes away. Ubud Clinic offers English and Japanese speaking medical staff available for 24 hour house calls at a reasonable fee.

Internet
Two hours of complimentary broadband internet access is offered daily free of charge to Villa Montana guests at Highway Internet Café in Ubud. Highway Internet Café is located 25 minutes from Villa Montana and offers the fastest internet connection speed of any internet café on the island at 512 MB. Wireless Internet is available if you have your own laptop. Highway is open 24 hours per day / 7 days per week and is a very comfortable business center owned and operated by a French expatriate. Terrific crepes and coffee too!

Telephone Service
We offer you a complimentary cellular phone with excellent reception. Receiving cellular phone calls is free in Indonesia. To receive calls from overseas you may give our dedicated guest phone number to your contacts. At the time of reservation confirmation we will provide you with our dedicated guest phone number.

This same phone may be used to place phone calls both domestic and international. A prepaid phone card may be purchased upon arrival. It is simple and hassle free.

If you chose to bring your own cellular phone, Villa Montana has excellent cellular phone reception and roaming options with three Indonesian cellular phone companies. Please note that the village of Kerta does not have land line telephones; therefore Villa Montana does not have a land line telephone.

Massage & Spa
In villa massage may be arranged with four hours advance notice. Well trained professional male and female massage therapists are available. You may take your massage in Villa Montana's outdoor "bale bengong" pavilion or on a professional massage table by the pool. Couples massage is also available. Cost per 90 minutes is $45 USD per person payable at time of service.

Many of the best full service luxury spas in Bali are within 30 minutes of Villa Montana. "Como Shambala" at Begawan Giri resort is a world class spa located near to Villa Montana and is a "must-do" for spa enthusiasts. Numerous spa options abound from expensively lavish to budget; please inquire upon arrival.

Transportation and Tours
Complimentary roundtrip airport transportation is offered. Also, Tours and transportation are available using Villa Montana's private drivers 24 hours / 7 days. Our Balinese drivers are knowledgeable, courteous, and bilingual. Their superior knowledge of the island's sightseeing attractions, shopping, dining and nightlife will greatly enhance your enjoyment of Bali. Transportation fees vary depending on length of time desired and are very reasonable.

Guided walking tours are available for a nominal charge.
